Our Athletic Development Program
is designed for each session to introduce specific drills for the athletes to work on. We will group the athletes according to current ability (beginner/advanced) in order for each athlete to progress at their individual level. Each group will have specific goals for each drill.  Then we will provide organized games for the athletes to implement the current sessions skills into live action and also provide a fun learning experience for all athletes each session.
